FOR EXTRA STRENGTH
Blend 2 over-ripe bananas until smooth.
Add 1 tbsp sweet almond oil, 1 tbsp apricot kernel oil and 1tbsp Manuka (or good quality raw) honey and blend again.
Apply to dry hair, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse.

TO HEAL SPLIT ENDS
Blend 1/2 a ripe papaya with 1tbsp olive oil and 1/2 cup natural yoghurt until smooth.
Apply to dry hair, leave for 20 - 30 minutes, then rinse.
3 > S T R A W B E R R Y
FOR SUPER SHINE
Blend 10 - 12 strawberries with 1tbsp coconut oil and 1tbsp aloe vera gel.
Apply to dry hair and leave for 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse well.
4> P U M P K I N
FOR ADDED VOLUME
Blend 2 cups cooked and chopped pumpkin with 1tbsp coconut oil. 1tbsp honey and 1tbsp natural yoghurt.
Apply to damp hair and cover with a shower cap.
Leave for 15 minutes and rinse well.
And maybe give the shower cap a rinse too!
5> A V O C A D O
FOR EXTRA SOFT LOCKS
Blend the flesh of 1 avocado with 1/2 cup of natural yoghurt and 1tbsp of argan and walnut oil.
Apply to damp hair and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse well.
6> E G G H E A D
FOR SHINE, CELL REPAIR AND BOUNCE
Beat 1 large egg in a bowl.
Add 1 cup milk and 2tbsp olive oil to the egg and mix well.
Add a squeeze of lemon and mix again.
Apply to dry or damp hair, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse well.
